Turkish word İncirlik, pronounced Injurlik, literally meaning "place of fig orchard". However in this context it is simply the name of a town with a population of 15,000 people, in south-eastern Turkey's Adana Province.

This is Nasreddin Hodja. The Turks love him and the stories of his teachings. His name I am told literally translates to "teacher". Bottom line is he rode this donkey facing backwards as he traveled to speak and teach those who followed with him, this guy is a huge part of Middle Eastern folk lore.
