As a former educator, the end for this phone is what needs to happen to phones students use
in the classroom even when against the school rules. These devices have been one of the worst things that have ever impacted classroom education. A great image to begin a discussion about. V

We are definitely wasteful and I know I contribute to that. It’s a telling shot with how the rock seems to be eating the old phone. V

A sad sight to see as a lasting reminder of humanity.

Pandemic lockdowns have also aggravated this problem with people stuck at home de-cluttering and fewer workers collecting and recycling the junk....great find and shot of this "fossilised" phone....V

A stream of products, we can't seem to do without, overwhelming the planet.

All of our problems stem from overpopulation.

It looks like the rock is closing in on it...good!

Cool shot. Hope the rock continues eating it.
Interesting that a society sophisticated enough to build these has no idea how to dispose of them. Just like nuclear waste.

I wonder if there are some recycling efforts underway.

So sad, and we pride ourselves, thinking we are saving the planet, by eliminating plastic straws. What a joke. For every plastic item/gadget we ban, I think more than ten new ones show are created for mass use and distribution.

We are a terrible wasteful society at times, especially when it comes to all things tech.

Agree completely, the electronic waste is phenomenal and disheartening. In this intriguing shot, the device appears to be embedded! V
