seems it will be a long while before life gets back in full flow...in the mean time many people have fallen to the virus, and many businesses have failed..looks as if the world ahead will be very different

I always love these old wood shots though they are hard to find. You did an ace job with this one. ~V~

malheureusement, pour beaucoup de personnes, cela ne pourra plus être comme avant... en France aussi on s'attend à beaucoup de licenciements ! v

Wow, beautiful through time. And although the US seems to want to return to what was, life won't be the same for us elsewhere!

Just think of the tales this old tree could tell if it could talk. Beautifully composed and wonderful colors. V

Superb curved lines. Fine composition too. I'm afraid the world will not change considering the madness, stupidity and ignorance of some world leaders. China already try to enslave HongKong. And, if possible, more critic will be the situation in our Western world, because this is People who have chosen their own stupid leaders...(Brazil, USA...).

Beautiful photo, David, a most amazing tree.

What a marvelous piece of wood, and well captured with excellent texture. Some people don't seem to have any idea (or care) just how different it will be, and they're making it worse through their irresponsible actions.

I swear I was at this very tree! - in 1995 or so. Superb capture.

It's beautiful. Amazing what nature creates. I bet the wood is soft and warm to the touch. Great find and very nicely photographed. V
