busy

the river is often busy...same at home too, with entire days spent packing for the imminent move...apologize for not keeping up...internet connection will soon be briefly interrupted too, for at least 48 hours

across the water (the North Arm of the Fraser) here is McDonald Beach Park, on Sea Island, as viewed from the Fraser River Trail at Southlands

Beautiful light and a nicely composed photo. That tub is really riding low in the water. Vote.

I am sorry about your unsettled situation. I hope everything gets back to normal very quickly. . This is a very fine composition and capture of river life. It would be great to sit and watch the boats go by. V

Such a familiar sight, those tug boats and log booms. A delightful depiction of life on the busy Fraser. V

Nice one with this perspective and long focal length. Hang in there David!

A great way to move the logs. Soon you will be moved and then you will have all the fun of unpacking! After all that is done you can sit down and write a Blues song about the joys of moving...that is, if you still have your guitar.....unless of course you have taken up the "saw".

A lovely setting, and so interesting seeing logs transported like that. My sympathies about the moving chaos, but it will all be over soon!
