focal point

the Flora gallery certainly grows slowly, so here is one more from a local garden, with snowdrops popping up in a patch of winter heath...not totally sure about this photo...although it confirms that a bit of colour is appearing around the neighbourhood, it seems to lack a distinct focal point

Good example of companion planting. We have a long winter to get through before the magic moment of seeing the snow drops pop through in our gardens.

A wonderful image of these snowdrops between the heather, I like it. v

Snowdrops are so tenacious they simply force their lovely heads up through the heather, no focal pint necessary they just make their own statement, lovely shot David.

Lack of focal point is the difficulty with these types of images, but then it is unnecessary with this rich pattern of white and purple. Well done David. "V"

I see it as abstract .

You are right about the focal point, but this still makes a great pattern!

There's no need for a focal point...better to enjoy an eyeful of lovely snowdrops and heather spread out this way....V

Heather and snowdrops ... I dont think I've ever seen them together before. I didn't think they flowered at the same time either. Great find!!!!

Strange, but my eyes are unmistakably drawn to the centre, David.
