I hope you got insurance for this. This mess is going to be seriously expensive to clean up. Did you call BFI or Waste Management to rent a dumpster? Hopefully the place is not condemed by the health department.

Actually, the yard was very clean EXCEPT........the two rabbits whose crap was never cleaned from underneath the hutches and had got to about 2 feet high.

I imagine this person's yard looked just as bad. Did the person also use his rooftop for a garbage dump because he was obviously running out of available space inside the house? It is sad to think that the person living in this filth is in dire need of medical or mental health intervention and that the person isn't getting the required supervison from either family members and/ or government social workers.
