In my work as a zoologist I go to a lot of weird places, climbing up and down rocks, into caves with a big torch hoping that I
won't get too much of an awful fright. This little Horseshoe bat was hanging from the ceiling giving me the once over
(I could tell by the way its ears were twitching). These little bats emerge from their rocky retreats to feed on insects at night.
