Je ne sais pas si c'est un petit balcon suspendu là-haut à droite ? Peut-être que derrière le rideau semi-transparent, quelqu'un admire la scène nocturne de la rue. C'est un endroit romantique pour ceux qui ne sont pas en surpoids. . ~VVVVV~

I'm not sure if that's a mini balcony hanging up there on the right? Maybe behind the semi see-through curtain someone is admiring the street night scene. That's a romantic place to be if that person is not overweight. ~VVVVV~
