Illuminated now in white light the temple is in high relief. The shadow low right is the blockhouse holding the lights and projectors. It proved impossible to photograph the motion graphics.
The collapse of the second carving is very obvious. The wreckage was replaced exactly as found by the UNESCO restorers. Lake Nasser is behind the Photograph and below, a cruise boat with flood lights and additional sound also illuminates the temples.
