I pass by this place periodically but never see a sign of life. Today, I ventured a little closer. I think it may be vacant . . . maybe even not complete. Anyone know the story?

From what I understand it is someone who got rich during the dot com era..however when the dot com bubble burst, he lost everything, including this palatial abode.
