In addition to fitness training FiT can provide physical therapy. My wife Anne had very serious knee surgery in December 2000 and was told that, in all likelihood, she would need a replacement knee in a couple of years. Stephanie Foresi became her physical therapist and with Stephanie's expert training she has made it to 2017 with the same knee. She as also provied therapy for Anne's spinal stenosis, with great success. Steph is easy to work with, as she instills confidence and gets the most out of you while at the same time being so considerate. We highly recommend her.
