I shot this photo just before Hurrican Wilma hit South Florida. This Kestrel
could be found on his favorite "Snag" almost every day. He would fly from this
perch to retrieve small prey and return to the same spot to eat. It was a delight
to watch him. Unfortunately, that "snag" was blown down by Hurricane Wilma. The Kestrel
is still around but now much more diffecult to photograph. A Red-Shouldered Hawk can be
seen in the background.
