Trying to gain weight - the MDs told me to add 5 kg at least for the allogenic transplant (due in July), in order to increase my weight from 58.5 to ~ 64 kg. I have been eating as much as I can for weeks, but only managed to gain about 1 kg.

I definitly do not like to eat so much. Eating should be a pleasure, not a pressure...

Ah well, that's life.

Slowly, my shape increases. I can walk for one hour again (2 weeks ago, 10 minutes was about all I could manage). I also do some muscle training, very carefully, trying not to overtrain my wrecked body.

As a result, for every day I do a training session, I have to do one day of rest; sometimes even two.
