This is just about the most sublime and profound travel photograph that I have ever seen, showing in one simple image the reality between the two sides of being in the world as it is experienced by travellers and locals alike. Good light, timing and framing (double-framing, in this case) all add up to speak volumes about the underlying truth of the subject. An almost timeless picture. It means a little more (to me, at least) that the exposure was made by the use of such a magnificent modern-day classic camera. (I have two of these wonderful toys, and they're coming into the coffin with me.)
