The hummingbird family includes over 300 species of birds and is the second largest
family of birds. They are found throughout North and South America with five species
of hummingbird located in Canada. Of these five species two are found on Vancouver
Island, British Columbia, the Rufous and the Anna's Hummingbird.

Watching these birds is like going to the circus, their antics never fail to amaze and delight us.
