The spiral galaxy NGC 7331 is about 40 million light years from us, seen from Earth in the constellation Pegasus. The apparent size of the galaxy from here is about 4 x 10 arc-minutes.
This image was acquired with a ZWO ASI224MC camera at the prime focus of an 8-inch f/4 Newtonian telescope. It was created from 91 fifteen second exposures. No dark frames or flat frames were used in the processing, which was performed with PixInsight software.
