Lots of Kütahya is modern, but its old centre and some parts nearby have (or had?) those wonderful old houses that I love. In 2018 I scanned slides that I took in the 1990's, many with the misty atmosphere that makes the city only more beautiful.

And then I visited the city again in 2018 (I got attracted by my own pictures). Again I roamed the streets with old houses, again the weather was a bit overcast, but pleasant. I named the pictures that I add the Sultanbağı region, some houses may be outside that area. Those pictures are at the end of this gallery (but many of them).

I do now provide some captions, named some spots and may put some pictures together as "before and after"S. If someone can identify a particular spot, please write a comment, so I’ll know and can share it.
