I went into a street that meanders downhill from near the Galata tower and has some fine buildings. In that neighbourhood (at Hoca Ali Sok.No: 15-B) there was a curious collection of mannequins, I suppose in a gallery. The artist was BÜLENT İŞCAN, you can find him on the web.
