This is on the next block over from my 4 unit apartments I lived in with my 1st wife. We had our 1st two children here. My address was ne 2nd ave and 78th st. I owned it 1970 to 1975. I also owned The Shady Rest Cottage Court (formally Stauffer's Motel) on 1010 nw 79 st. It was 2 1/2 acre cottages, now just an empty lot.
