I made 110 in one day. That's a constant turn out of casts. We ended up making around 200 total medallions. Then I had to hand wash each one to remove the silicon release, and then take them to a belt sander and pad sander to finish the edges and backs. And that was just to get them to the stage where I could paint them all.
