Dan, This "1946 Chevy" photo-illustration-effect is more than amazing. I watch for your work on the FAS on H.A.M.B. regularly and I am never disappointed. I'm a photoshop geek, but I'm stumped by your techniques. I'd guess manipulating curves and saturations on individual channels plus some layer compositing.
