Lavendou Impressionist Style

Lavendou, North Dallas, Texas view map

Tonight we celebrated our 14th Anniversary at Lavendou in North Dallas. We've eaten here once before, and I have to say that compared to last year's "French" restaurant, this one actually is a French restaurant. Not that the servers are French, but at least when I ordered "Gratinée à l'oignonne", the server did not have to ask me to repeat it in English. Eating in the restaurant, one almost feels as if he in a quaint Provençal bistro which reminds me for some reasons of paintings. Thus the somewhat impressionistic treatment of this picture which was taken of the view behind me.

Wow... very neat work on this shot. This is a cozy looking place, impressionist style and all.
