Phase 3 is almost done, Here what it looks like.

Update as of summer 2020 - Phase 3 is done with the exception of the area to the left hand side of the layout labeled Union Station. Otherwise the phase 3 plan has been complete and operational for several years. Another extension of the layout, starting at Stevenson, commenced in the last few months. This phase of construction runs around the outside wall and models Stevenson to Cowan, over and through Cumberland Mountain, and then on to Decherd and Tullahoma. It will also include the Tracy City branch running from Cowan to Tracy City.
