sound of silence

my favorite photo from last fall
after a very hot and dry (boring) summer and and 2 funerals only weeks apart
A cool front moved here at least for awhile !
I came up here to get out of the hot and I heard whispering in my ear soft and gentle
the voice of my old friend the winter Witch she said Blizzard I am right behind you are not far away we will be together soon
