Hi Dave,glad to have found your excellent web site.
I have a particular interest in the Huxley area as my great grandparents and six children arrived at Huxley railway station in April of 1927,having emigrated from Treherbet,Rhondda Valley,south Wales,UK
Their old farmhouse lies 12 miles west of Huxley adjacent to a lake and conservation area called Beaver Dam / Ducks Unlimited, the farmhouse has been empty for about Fifty years and is still standing ,a true relic of the past
