Watching sunset thru' the Glass Pyramid

After a few rainy evenings, a fine evening finally came.
The night view of the Glass Pyramid and its surroundings were so attractive.
A panorama is the best way to show this beautiful view.

Some people said the night view of Paris is monochrome and is not as colourful as in Hong Kong.
In my opinion, this warm yellow light is a perfect match for its historical sights.

Before I go to Paris, I did some research on this historical building. It was an old fortress here and transformed into a royal residence in 1360. The only thing that remains on site is the base of the twin towers and the drawbridge support of Philippe-Auguste's fortress.

This beautiful glass pyramid is the entrance of the museum. It enables the visitor to see the buildings around the palace and allows light down into the underground reception area.
