This is a vintage German-made camera "Voiglander Perkeo 1" that was produced in 1950. It has a piece of Vaskar 80mm f/4.5 lens and takes 6x6cm pictures on 120 format films.
Voiglander is an optical company founded in 1756 by Johann Christoph Voiglander in Vienna and thus the oldest name in cameras.
