Last nights supper had to be prepared quickly. I just didn’t have energy for more than 15-20 minutes in the kitchen. This was the answer and did not disappoint my eager tastebuds.
Package of Thai Rice Noodles with Garlic & Vegetables. Cooked in boiling water for one minute according to directions.
Steamed (12 minutes) additional Cauliflower, Chopped Kale, Carrot and Cabbage, a little chopped Spinach. Combined all Ingredients and added non-dairy Parmesan on top.
(You could include whatever veggies you happen to have on hand thinking about having two
or three colors included.)
