Consequential!

The consequence of this leap of Jenny Gray to walking near the ceiling,
is I've had to move the ceremaic angels. She has become masterful at jumping
and she prefers to go where no one has gone before! :) Her face tells me she is
feeling some ownership of the space! (And, she's upset because I wanted her to get down!)

Oh my, she sure has grown. And just look at that pretty face...full of determination!
Maaike Huizer20-Oct-2009 19:15
I recognize that. Had to relocate my decanters. great shot.
Buz Kiefer20-Oct-2009 17:58
Well, she's a cat. :^)
Very nice Carol.
Chris20-Oct-2009 17:27
Her expression speaks volumes!
LynnH20-Oct-2009 17:26
I have a good cure for that... just what Char says. I bought a can of air that you use to clean electronics. It has a little straw to concentrate the air blast. If my cats go "where no one has gone before" I get the can and spray in their direction. Lately, I don't need to spray at all, if I pick up the can, the cats come down immediately!
This is a cute, cute kitty and a good example of consequential!!!
Laryl20-Oct-2009 15:37
yep that's her domain up there.. silly angels!
Cindi Smith20-Oct-2009 12:37
Yeah, she wants to be up high. Hope she didn't push the angels off the shelf!
John20-Oct-2009 12:29
That is what cat's prefer, love it. V

Beautiful cat in a very feline location. Excellent image.
Sheila20-Oct-2009 07:41
Her coat is so shiny, she is really pretty. Sometimes I think they have eyes in their paws the way they can stroll around ornaments.
Stephanie20-Oct-2009 07:31
LOL! Our last bunny used to jump up on the kitchen table! She was a little tomboy in the rabbit world.

Nice capture of a very dertemined cat, that's their character...
borisalex20-Oct-2009 06:09
She´s just having a good time!
Ann...20-Oct-2009 05:45
It's strange, and catlike, how they head for the places we think they'll never go! Great capture, she does look very determined.

Nice shot !!!!!
Linda Willets20-Oct-2009 03:13
They always amaze me.
Coleen Perilloux Landry20-Oct-2009 02:36
Usually they are very limber and won't knock down things. They amaze me with their nimbleness and accuracy.
cits_4_pets20-Oct-2009 02:07
The motion detector canned air canisters work great. That kitty of yours certainly must be very athletic to get up there. Maybe take down the breakables and put some tin cans with coins and when knocked down they will make a lot of noise and hopefully discourage him from climbing.
Yvonne20-Oct-2009 02:02
She's such a pretty young cat - they're so nimble!
Char20-Oct-2009 01:50
Cat's are definitely climbers. I finally resorted to using a can of the harmless spray that triggers automatically to use in places where my cats might harm themselves or where I don't want them to go. It only took a couple of times and they stay away from places where it's been. I haven't used it in a several months. Ironically it worked really good. I set it off more then the cats ever did. LOL This is an excellent capture. She's getting so big!

oops, there could be serious consequences here

Yes, thanks Walter! She keeps her coat shiny and clean.

Typical cat behavior, a very nice pose in this image. She looks wonderful and has grown so much, and she has a beautiful coat.
