Alternate for Photo a Day, Day 58... This bird kept trying to figure out what I was up to.. Thanks to Tom for identifing it as a Gray Catbird.. To the right is a different shot of him in which I removed the branch that is in front as it only distracted from the picture..

You got yourself a Grey Catbird there CJ, nice catch they are fairly shy birds. You can tell by the black cap and grey color. Its like the one in my bird gallery that I photoshopped the branch out of.
