Capabara

They only keep them as pets while they are young, as they get older they can become quite vicious and can grow to about 4 ft in length.
I petted it and it was quite friendly which they are known to be at this age.

other sizes: small medium original auto

I bet that little boy will be sad when he has to say good bye to his friend. Such a sweet shot, Carol. I've never seen a Capabara before. What a treat! V~

They look like a pet that would be fun for a kid but
I expect they all know they have to be let go. Hard lesson
for a child when they love to have something to look after.
Look how caring the child's face is.

This just stole my heart. So
cute, it is a shame that they
become vicious as adults.

Similar in personality to raccoons - friendly when young and vicious as adults!
