I finally managed to get some shots of the 'baby' osprey. They have recently started to venture out of the nest, improving their take-off and landing techniques. It is such a pleasure to have the opportunity to observe them.

Excellent sharp short Cindy. It looks a bit unsure of what to do next. I agree, it was great to see these young grow up in the nest, doing their wing exercises and then take to the air to explore their world beyond. Just triumphantly landing on, then perching on a utility post was a major achievement, but seemingly done with ease.
