I just posted a version of this photo without the forest on the right side in the Pending section. I love both photos but taking out the forest on the right side kind of took away from the depth of the scene I thought. I really wanted to FEEL the hill here and I think this photo accomplishes that feeling. -Phydoux
K. Yes I have. but as Jim points out the soft curve really helps this shot. I purposely took this shot and then crouched down lower to get a shot of just the flowers just so I could see which one worked and I liked the feel of this one more. You can tell that this is a hillside and the curve of the flowery field belongs this way. Thanks for the comments! -Phydoux
Very nice shot. Have you tried do get the same pic from a bit lower position - to cut out the forest on the right site. Just to have only field & sky? K
