I agree with you, Paul. The elements you mentioned have so much potential, so I'd try to work with the blur. Maybe put everything except her cherubic face out of focus (you know, REALLY OOF to get that ethereal look that Traveller talks about)...and perhaps using a soft sepia tone.
Even if it is suffering from some slight motion blur I still really like the content of this image. Love the lighting, hair flying and expression. Paul A
