Oranges with Rosewater, Pomegranate and Pistachios

Using a very sharp knife, pare the peel from 3 – 4 large oranges and cut into thin slices. Layer in a shallow bowl,
sprinkle with a few drops of rose water – be careful as it can be quite powerful! Scatter over the seeds from
a pomegranate and some chopped pistachio nuts, and let steep for an hour or so, before serving with orange crisps.
