Looks like a very early morning photo as the street is pretty deserted. Well captured view of a city side street.

Yes I agree, a lovely gentle lead into the rest of the shot...these guys wouldn't last long out on the street like that here in the UK either...

Looks like they need a refill. Graet find and shot. Around here, those wouldn't last full or empty on the downtown street for more than 10 minutes. Someone would take them. Love the shot and how it leads you into the image!
