John and I attended a memorial today. It was a celebration of our friend, Brent's life.
Brent lost his fierce battle with lymphoma and passed on November 7th. We've known
Brent and his wife Susan and their oldest child Tallison for 30 years and Brandon since
his birth.

Brandon couldn't get past events in his life and comitted suicide 6 weeks ago. They had
a family pottery business and now 2 of the 4 are gone so we are all wondering if the
business can continue and how Susan and her daughter can make it past such sad events.

This is one of their pieces. I'm not sure who made it, Brent or Brandon.
