Ruby is a friendly 2 year-old, 50-pound female Pit Bull Terrier who was found abandoned outside of the shelter. Ruby has a high prey drive and would do best in a home without cats. Ruby enjoys snuggling and climbing/hiking difficult hiking trails. She is very smart and responsive to your emotions. She loves treats for tricks and would make a great companion if are active and want companionship.
Ruby is patient with puppies, and really enjoys hanging out with other calmer well-adjusted adult dogs. She ignores most dogs on walks, but will bark back at another dog if they bark and pull towards her. Ruby is on a trial adoption.
