A man who has a problem rapidly approached this Polizia Municipale officer near the beach in Monterosso al Mare, one of the Cinque Terre villages. Officer is on a Vespa scooter, as car and other vehicle traffic is severely restricted within the village. As the Vespa doesn’t go very fast it was quite easy for this citizen to stop the officer.
