Pireaus is where the cruise ship berth in Athens. It is actually on the south side of Athens and is rather far from the heart of Athens. Best way is to take the "Hop On Hop Off" bus green line to connect to the red line and you can tour thwe whole city for only 22 euros for 2 days.
