Will You Quit Watching Me!

While it looks as if this Cooper's Hawk is yelling at me, he in fact, was trying to bring up a pellet. He often visits the bird feeders in hopes of a meal when the weather is bad. Each time he came he would throw back his head and then raise it higher and higher. I never saw him disgorge a pellet. The next picture also shows this behavior.
