Went on a early evening walk around the Sunnyvale Baylands. Found a large flock of
Red-Winged Black Birds flying around the hills and levees.

Great colour and detail, you can almost hear the dry brush rustling. The bird on the right looks to be saying "bring me back a worm while you're out!".

Really the only way to see the red on these birds is to capture them in flight when they change from ordinary looking blackbirds into a beauty like this one. Super catch.
