Duck family at the Sunnyvale Baylands

This is one of two duck families in my favorite lagoon at the baylands. I counted twelve little ducklings in the other family.

The two young coots are doing well. They were slumbering in their nest this morning.

So we have the first sign of spring and so quick new live. Nice shot. Love the reflexion and the lines in the water. And the color tones too. Very cute.
