Comet Machholz C/2004 Q2

Another fuzzy deep space object. We will not be able to see a tail on this one
because it is coming head on toward us.
Used with a "Light Pollution Filter" which changed an orange background to a
darker bluish background.

Local astronomer, Don Machholz, discovered this comet earlier this year.

Jim found this after consulting a finder chart, below the constellations Orion
and Lepus.
