Based on this store seeming to be in the middle of "nowhere", it certainly got me to look. It even got me to stop for a quick photo. A sizable store (with auxiliary parking), the store must get busy at times. However, I can't image "where" the customers come from. Other than a lot of Nature, I honestly didn't see much other along this stretch of the highway. On the day I was there, the parking lot was completely empty. My photo only frames about 20% of the store's first floor. Two stories high, it was a really big place. The instant that I spotted the building, I found it curious. Seeing the banner in frame made me even more curious. I guess people must come from all over for this particular specialization. Not that the population for hundreds of miles is huge. "Fishing Gear" in this remote location might not have attracted my notice as much as "Bra Fitting." The store also had no signs nor any indication that it did anything else beyond "Bra Fitting".

Update 2022:

Out of curiosity, I finally did some research.
I actually found the store in my 2018 photo above.
At the time of my photo, it had just moved to its new, larger location in what seemed-to-me like the "middle of nowhere". Below is also what else I discovered.

"FREE bra fitting by certified fit specialists! The largest variety of designer bras in cup sizes up to N and band sizes up to 56". We also offer the largest variety of adult toys and intimates, lingerie, lubes, lotions, and SO MUCH MORE. We started as an adult store, then moved into custom bra fitting and lingerie. We've grown tremendously in 5 years."

Looking at the store's on-line reviews, many customers surprisingly come from the lower 48! Meanwhile, quite a few Alaskan clientele rave about how a visit to this store is well worth a 5 hour, ONE WAY drive. All seem happy about the "sex toys". Some like both the bra fitting and the sex toys. From what reviews indicate, upstairs is where a woman can get a bra fitting. Downstairs is the Sex Shop.

Anchorage (150 miles away) Customer Review:
"Wide range of inventory for every kind of person. With a private back entrance, this business is a lot more than it looks like on the outside! Downstairs you can find just about any adult toy you could dream of. The sales associates are kind, very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to fabrics, adult toy materials etc. worth the drive!"

Okay, now, I understand more. Customers really are coming from "far away".
But I still don't understand how they "know" to go there until they've visited at least once before.
The shop stands alone like a bump in the road. Or at least it did back when I photographed it.

With a rear parking lot and back entrance, the shop may have been busier than I originally thought.
Maybe everyone was in the back (away from prying eyes) when I shot my photo.
