Since this moment in time, videos - from numerous different sources - have since revealed just how horrifying and non American-like, the violence to overtake the US Capitol actual was. One police officer was murdered. Others were viciously beaten by the mob. A noose was set up as the mindless mob chanted "Hang Mike Pence". The events of January 6th were a stain on America and on American history.
