It is hard to imagine the size and height of the cliffs along the Siq. By comparing it to the size of a human the scale of it really stands out.

Al Siq is the only way to reach Khazneh and the monuments beyond and it is a gently sloping path downwards to the Khazneh. If one wants to return to the visitor center,they will have to retrace this route back (upward slope).
