27th - Foul

Leighton Buzzard, Beds. view map

Sorry, another from the weekend - just too busy at the mo to get out and shoot.

While I'm generally fairly easy-osy with the artistic and humourous style of graffiti such as Banksy's, this kind of splash it everywhere stuff leaves me very cold...luckily for you, genteel Pbase viewer, I was able to exclude the more foul verbiage from the frame...

"Foul" but lighthearted. :)

Excellent interpretation, Doug, still I like the colors.

A big tempting canvas for the oppressed and frustrated imitators.

I agree with Laine too! Colorful find for "foul" Doug

Too bad the talent isn't put to a better use...good catch, even if it is a
bit 'foul'. - Racine

A very apt illustration of the word, Doug!

Very sad, but good find for FOUL!

I agree Doug. If you're gonna deface public property, then at least have some class and create something worth looking at.

Colorful street art.

I hate it when they use foul language. I hope they are caught!
Walter Otto Koenig27-Apr-2010 22:34
Yes, looks like an out of control smurf and someone with pretty good talent has too much time on their hands. Great capture Doug.
Brenda27-Apr-2010 21:03
Most decidedly foul and very disrespectful. Unfortunately, these people like those who create computer viruses just cannot seem to channel their talents into something truly productive. Great photo and great editing/cropping to crop out the nasties.

Very bombastic! BV Doug.

Some people believe tagging is art ... I guess it is in some ways ... its made a colourful image ... great capture!
(still chuckling at Phil's comment)

I agree with Laine!
Kind of looks like an evil Smurf! LOL
Kevin Chester27-Apr-2010 17:46
That just had to be photographed
laine27-Apr-2010 17:32
It also goes under the title of " wilful damage to public & private property " If the canvas is not yours, then don't paint on it!!
A good representation of the word, Doug!!

Interesting image. It's a shame that the obvious artistic talent of the graffiti artist isn't put to better use.
