I was going to follow the classic recipe from Remy but, in the film, he uses a mandolin to slice the vegetables and I don't have one.
I can't see how he manages that with his small paws but the restaurant critic claims he is the finest chef in France, despite being a rat, so I suppose it is the way to go.
