The Law

North Berwick

One of my favourite views of my home town. Across the water from the harbour and looking at the Law.

And last year was a meal at Manuc's and I expect to be there again this weekend.

Ah, but it's been many a long year since last I stood atop The Law, at North Berwick.Me and a few others were putting a pipeline from Gullane to Coldstream.

I expected it to have more blue and red lights and maybe a chequerboard band around its summit.
Still, it makes a picture postcard backdrop to the village.
